Supportive wrap-around care
We understand that parents have busy schedules, so we have excellent wrap-around care available to support you. Sessions before and after school can be booked in advance. These sessions are in addition to our extensive clubs on offer.
Breakfast club
Breakfast is available for any pupil throughout the week, which helps parents juggling an early start.
- Runs from 7.30 am to 8.00am
- Costs £2.50 per meal
- Children go straight to the dining room
Options for hot food, continental breakfast or cereal mean that children start the day with a full tummy.
Aftercare tea
For Pre-Prep children only, every day of the week (with the exception of exeat Fridays and on the days we break up for holidays).
- Runs from 5.00pm to 6.00pm
- Costs £7.00 per meal
- Children need to be collected from the dining room by 6.00pm
Children will be offered a hot meal on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and a cold buffet meal on Wednesday and Friday.
Supper club
For Prep School children only and available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Runs from 6.00pm to 6.30pm
- Costs £4.00 per meal
- Children need to be collected from the dining room by 6.30pm
A substantial hot, two course meal is provided. Supper is supervised by the duty staff.
Prep homework club
We encourage Prep school children to stay for this supervised session as it helps pupils develop independent study skills.
- Runs from 4.30pm to 5.00pm
- Free of charge
Available each evening, other than on exeats and on the days we break up for holidays.
Wrap-around Booking
Booking forms for breakfast and tea or supper are sent to parents at the beginning of each term in the club handbook or you can order via our meal booking email below. Please detail your child's name, what sessions and days you require.
Please give 24 hours’ notice for bookings so that the school can make necessary arrangements. The cost will be added to your school bill.
